Example workflow

Crop empty margins around a clear signature, keeping every stroke visible. Enter the dimensions from the actual form, export in its accepted format and then meet the file-size limit. Check fine strokes against the background before submitting.

Check your result

A signature image is personal information. Keep the original private and do not email it to support when reporting a layout problem. Resizing prepares a picture; it does not create an authenticated electronic signature.
