Example workflow

Read the current photo instructions from the organization receiving your application. Use the requested aspect ratio and output dimensions, then inspect head position and margins. A preset is a sizing aid and does not verify official photo rules.

Check your result

Do not assume a correctly sized image will be accepted. Lighting, background, expression and image manipulation may have separate requirements. Avoid altering facial features, and use the receiving authority’s instructions when they differ from a preset.
