Compare JPG and WebP exports at the same pixel dimensions before choosing a format. Lower quality gradually and look at fine lettering, faces and smooth gradients. Change one setting at a time so you can judge its effect.

Check your result

Quality percentages are encoder settings, not a universal measure of visual quality. PNG does not respond like a lossy JPG. Choose the smallest result that meets your needs and verify its real file size after download.
