Receipt to CSV
Read a receipt locally, review merchant, date and totals, then export a spreadsheet-ready CSV.
Task tips
Merchant, date, tax and total are suggestions, not verified accounting data. Enter the currency yourself and compare every field with the original receipt. The CSV exports the reviewed fields; editing raw OCR text does not automatically update them.
A complete workflow
Recognize a straight, readable receipt in its text language. Review merchant, date, currency, tax and total as separate fields. Enter the currency explicitly. Compare the final total with the printed receipt, then prepare the CSV from those reviewed fields.
If the result is wrong
Do not substitute subtotal for the amount paid. A date such as 03/04/2026 is ambiguous without context. If a total is blank or wrong, type the correct value into its field; editing the raw OCR paragraph does not update the extracted fields.
What the export contains
The CSV has merchant, date, currency, tax and total columns; it is not a line-item ledger or verified accounting record. Open the saved file with an explicit text/date import choice where needed. Keep the source privately for reconciliation.
Review OCR Before Exporting Text or CSV
A practical review of printed text, receipt totals and table columns before you use a local OCR export.
